Project Overview

A new $25 million Innovation Center in Greeley, Colorado set out to support academic programs and forge deeper connections with regional industry partners on a campus already recognized for its breadth of offerings to students and the surrounding community. The project called for a building that communicated both educational purpose and industry-forward relevance to a competitive selection committee. The client engaged PRESWERX to translate this vision into compelling pursuit materials, providing the renderings, animations, and presentation strategy needed to bring the project to life.

Client Challenges

The client needed to communicate a forward-looking facility to evaluators who had not yet seen it built. Several specific challenges shaped the pursuit:

  • Conveying the building's scale, program, and industry-partnership mission as a unified story rather than a list of features.

  • Helping evaluators visualize design quality and campus fit before a single shovel entered the ground.

  • Preparing the team to deliver a confident, cohesive performance in a live selection interview.

Together, these demands required a presentation package that was both visually persuasive and strategically structured.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX delivered a full suite of pursuit support services tailored to the Innovation Center's program and audience. Architectural renderings depicted the building's exterior and key interior spaces with enough specificity to communicate design intent without overpromising construction details. Animations brought the facility to life in motion, illustrating how the building would function as a hub for students and industry partners. PRESWERX also built a structured presentation designed to carry evaluators through the project's purpose and the client's qualifications, then worked directly with the client's team through presentation coaching sessions to sharpen delivery, align messaging, and build confidence ahead of the selection event.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached the pursuit as a strategic storytelling challenge, not a production exercise. The goal was to give evaluators a clear picture of both the building and the team behind it:

  • Developed renderings and animations calibrated to the project's scale, emphasizing program elements most relevant to the owner's community and industry-partnership goals.

  • Structured the presentation around the owner's priorities, building a narrative arc that connected the client's capabilities to the specific demands of the Innovation Center.

  • Ran focused coaching sessions with the client's presenters to refine messaging, improve pacing, and ensure the team could answer evaluator questions with clarity and confidence.

The result was a pursuit package that reflected both the building's vision and the client's readiness to deliver it.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX produced a complete, presentation-ready package held to the standard of a high-stakes public competition. Each deliverable served a distinct purpose in building evaluator confidence:

  • Renderings gave evaluators a concrete visual reference for the facility, grounding abstract program descriptions in an image they could respond to.

  • Animations elevated the presentation beyond static slides, communicating how the building would function as a living part of the campus ecosystem.

  • Presentation coaching transformed the client's team from prepared to polished, ensuring their delivery matched the quality of the materials behind them.

The client entered the selection process with a fully realized pursuit narrative and a team ready to own the room.
