Project Overview
The Arkansas State University Veterinary Medicine project was a $22 million, 53,000 GSF facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas, designed as the first building for the State of Arkansas's first public college of veterinary medicine. The single-story, steel frame structure was built to be resilient, adaptable, and flexible, featuring viewable learning labs, classrooms with moveable walls, and administrative functions. Approximately 95% of the building was designed to accommodate future growth, positioning the college as a regional leader in veterinary education. The client engaged PRESWERX to support the pursuit with a proposal, presentation, presentation coaching, renderings, and animations.

Client Challenges
The client was competing for a high-profile, first-of-its-kind academic facility with significant institutional and regional expectations. Several factors shaped the challenge:
Communicating the scope and aspirations of a brand-new veterinary college building to a university owner with high design and programmatic standards.
Visualizing a complex, multi-function facility with viewable labs, flexible classrooms, and adaptable building systems before construction began.
Differentiating the construction team in a competitive pursuit for a project with deep institutional and statewide significance.
Preparing the team to perform confidently across both a written proposal and a live selection presentation.
Across each of these challenges, the materials needed to reflect the ambition of a firstof-its-kind academic program.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full-spectrum pursuit package for the Arkansas State University Veterinary Medicine project. The team developed the written proposal, built the selection presentation, and provided coaching to prepare the client's presenters for the live interview. Renderings visualized the facility's exterior and key interior spaces, including the viewable learning labs and flexible classroom environments that defined the building's character. Animations illustrated the adaptability of the building systems and the collaborative learning experience the facility was designed to enable. Each deliverable was crafted to align with the university's vision for a landmark veterinary education building.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated the pursuit as a full-cycle engagement, from written narrative to live interview readiness. The team worked closely with the client to translate a complex program into a compelling, reviewer-ready story.
Developed the proposal narrative around the building's defining themes: adaptability, cross-functional learning, and future growth capacity.
Produced renderings and animations that brought the facility's flexible interior environments and exterior character to life.
Coached presenters to deliver the story clearly and confidently in front of a university selection panel.
The approach ensured the client was prepared at every stage of the selection process.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX produced a complete suite of pursuit materials that addressed every phase of the Arkansas State selection process. The deliverables were built to the standard of a landmark institutional project with regional and statewide significance.
The proposal presented the team's qualifications and approach in a clear, wellstructured narrative aligned to the university's vision.
Renderings and animations gave reviewers a vivid picture of the facility's flexible learning environments and long-term adaptability.
Presentation coaching prepared the client's team to perform confidently and consistently in front of the selection panel.
The client walked into the interview fully prepared, with a cohesive story that matched the ambition of the project.
