Project Overview

The Beavercreek City Schools project was a $260,500,000 multi-facility school district program in Beavercreek, Ohio. The program encompassed the conversion of two existing schools into elementary facilities, new gymnasium additions at three campuses, a middle school consolidation into the existing high school building, and the construction of a new 2,800-student high school campus on an 89-acre district-owned parcel. The new high school site also included a comprehensive athletic complex featuring baseball, softball, football, soccer, and track facilities. PRESWERX supported the client's pursuit by producing renderings and animations to visualize the full scope of the program for the district selection.

Client Challenges

A $260 million, multi-site program presents a specific visualization challenge: the scope touches nearly every facility in the district, and the owner needs to see the full vision before committing to a team. The client faced specific pressures:

  • Helping the district visualize a complex program spanning school conversions, gymnasium additions, a consolidation, and an entirely new 2,800-student high school campus

  • Communicating the design quality and campus character of a large new high school on an undeveloped 89-acre site

  • Making the scale and coherence of the district-wide program legible in a pursuit format

Renderings and animations were the tools for turning that scope into something the district could see and evaluate.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX produced renderings and animations to support the client's pursuit with Beavercreek City Schools. The visual work covered the breadth of the district program: the conversion of existing school buildings into elementary facilities, gymnasium additions at three campuses, and the centerpiece of the program, a new 2,800-student high school and athletic complex on an 89-acre site. Renderings communicated the design quality and campus character of each project component. Animations brought the new high school campus and athletic facilities to life, giving the district a spatial sense of what the finished campus would look and feel like at scale.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached this as a visualization challenge at district scale: with a program spanning multiple sites, the visual work had to hold together as a coherent story.

  • Produced renderings across the full program, from elementary conversions and gymnasium additions to the new high school campus, with consistent visual quality throughout

  • Created animations focused on the 2,800-student high school and athletic complex, communicating the scale and character of a large new campus on an undeveloped site

  • Framed the full scope as a unified district investment, not a collection of separate projects

The visuals gave the district a complete picture of the client's vision for Beavercreek's schools.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a comprehensive visual package covering every component of a $260 million district-wide program.

  • Renderings communicated the design quality and campus character of each facility type, from elementary conversions to gymnasium additions across three campuses

  • Animations brought the new 2,800-student high school and athletic complex to life, giving the district a spatial sense of the flagship campus before any ground was broken

  • The full visual suite presented the program as a cohesive district investment with a clear design vision

The client entered the selection with visuals that made a complex, multi-site program easy to understand and evaluate.
