Project Overview
The Bentonville Medical School project delivered a new four story, 158,000 square foot medical school for the Whole Health School of Medicine and Health Sciences on a 7.6 acre parcel in Bentonville, Arkansas. Located adjacent to the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the $125 million campus included underground and surface parking along with extensive landscaping, a green roof, and occupied terrace areas extending across the site. With a prominent site and a landmark academic building at stake, the client needed visuals that could show the finished campus clearly to the selection committee. PRESWERX partnered with the client's team to build that visualization.

Client Challenges
Presenting a new medical school on a prominent site next to a nationally recognized museum required visuals that could match the setting's profile:
Showing how a four story academic building and its landscaped terraces would fit into a site adjacent to Crystal Bridges.
Making an unbuilt, 158,000 square foot campus feel tangible before construction began.
Standing out in a competitive pursuit for a major medical school contract.
Together, these challenges called for visuals detailed enough to match the prominence of the site.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced a complete set of renderings and animations for the pursuit, presenting the new four story medical school and its site adjacent to Crystal Bridges. The renderings depicted the finished building, its green roof, occupied terraces, and landscaped grounds, giving the selection committee a concrete sense of the campus before construction began. The animations moved viewers through the site, connecting the building's underground and surface parking, terraces, and landscaping into one cohesive campus experience. Together, the deliverables gave a landmark academic building the visual presence its prominent site demanded.

PRESWERX Approach
With a prominent site and a landmark building both central to the pursuit, PRESWERX built the visuals around the campus's setting and design.
Rendered the building's green roof, terraces, and landscaping to a finished level of detail.
Built animations that connected the site to its surroundings near Crystal Bridges.
Presented the campus as a cohesive whole, from parking through landscaped terraces.
The result was a set of visuals that matched the prominence of the site.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a full set of renderings and animations built to the standard of a major medical school selection process.
The renderings gave the committee a finished view of the building, its terraces, and its landscaped grounds.
The animations connected the site's parking, terraces, and landscaping into one cohesive campus.
The visuals matched the profile of a site adjacent to a nationally recognized museum.
The client's team walked into the selection process with a clear, finished picture of the campus to support their story.
