Project Overview
The CSD Savannah-Rincon project was a warehouse and logistics facility developed for Medlog in Rincon, Georgia, a key industrial corridor near the Port of Savannah. The project called for a modern container storage and distribution facility suited to the demands of a high-volume logistics operation. The general contractor pursuing the work engaged PRESWERX to develop a compelling suite of pursuit materials that communicated the project's scope and design quality. PRESWERX produced a full proposal package alongside a series of 3D renderings and animations tailored to the selection process.

Client Challenges
The client faced a demanding pursuit environment in one of the nation's fastest-growing logistics markets. Communicating the scale and operational design of an industrial facility required more than text-based documentation: it required visualization.
Translating a complex industrial program into a clear, owner-facing story
Illustrating design quality and site functionality before a single shovel was turned
Differentiating the client's approach in a competitive selection process near a major port market
Together, these challenges demanded a tightly integrated proposal and visual strategy.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a full suite of pursuit deliverables for the CSD Savannah-Rincon project. The proposal package organized the client's qualifications, project approach, and team narrative into a cohesive document calibrated to the owner's priorities. A series of high-resolution 3D renderings captured the facility's exterior massing, site layout, and key operational areas, giving the owner a clear picture of the finished product. Animated walkthroughs brought additional depth to the visual story, demonstrating how the facility would function at scale and reinforcing the client's technical command of the project.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the project as a visual communication challenge, anchoring every deliverable to the owner's operational expectations. The team structured the engagement around three priorities:
Developing a proposal narrative that positioned the client as the most capable team for a complex logistics environment
Producing renderings that captured the facility's industrial character while conveying design intentionality
Creating animations that demonstrated operational flow and site functionality in motion
The result was a pursuit package that gave the client a cohesive, confident voice heading into the selection.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package built to the standards of a high-stakes logistics competition. Each deliverable was designed to work independently and as part of a unified narrative:
The proposal provided a structured, owner-focused document that clearly communicated scope, team, and approach
The renderings gave the owner a precise visual understanding of the completed facility
The animations translated technical concepts into a dynamic, accessible format
The client entered the selection process with polished materials that conveyed readiness and attention to detail at every level.
