Project Overview
The Episcopal High School Munnerlyn Campus project brought a new Science and Student Life Center to the Episcopal School of Jacksonville, built along the banks of the St. Johns River. The approximately 37,000 square foot facility was designed to support the school's science, technology, and robotics programs alongside a dining hall and gathering spaces centered on student well being. The project grew out of the school's board level strategic planning to sustain a well rounded education for current and future students. For the pursuit, the client engaged PRESWERX to develop the presentation materials needed to convey the building's purpose and design.
Client Challenges
Presenting a new academic and student life building tied to a long term strategic vision required addressing several hurdles:
Communicating how the science and technology spaces and the student life amenities fit into one unified building.
Visualizing the finished facility and its riverside setting before construction began.
Preparing the team for a live selection presentation to school leadership and board stakeholders.
Together, these challenges called for presentation materials that connected the building's design to the school's broader strategic goals.
Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed the presentation, presentation coaching, renderings, and animations used to support the pursuit of the Episcopal High School Munnerlyn Campus project. Renderings and animations translated the roughly 37,000 square foot Science and Student Life Center, including its dining hall and gathering spaces, into visuals the selection committee could evaluate ahead of construction. The visuals also captured the building's setting on the banks of the St. Johns River. Presentation coaching prepared the team's speakers to connect the building's design to the school's academic and student life goals during the live selection process.
