Project Overview
Lee Health pursued the development of a new 52-acre healthcare campus in Fort Myers, Florida, with a total project value of $250 million. The multi-phase development called for Phase 1 to establish all site work and infrastructure necessary to serve the full campus master plan, laying the foundation not only for the first phase of construction but for all future phases to follow. The client served as general contractor and needed a comprehensive pursuit package to support its response to Lee Health's competitive qualifications process. PRESWERX partnered with the client's team to develop the renderings, animations, and presentation strategy for the selection.

Client Challenges
The client needed to present a complex, multi-phase healthcare campus development to a major regional health system evaluating a $250 million infrastructure investment at a critical stage of its long-range growth:
Communicating the scope and strategic importance of Phase 1 site work and infrastructure as the essential foundation for a 52-acre campus that would serve Lee Health for decades.
Conveying a campus-scale vision to a healthcare owner making a phased commitment, where Phase 1 decisions would directly shape the feasibility and sequencing of every future phase.
Preparing the client's team to present construction management expertise and campus-scale planning capability with the precision a major health system selection demands.
Together, these challenges required a pursuit package that could speak to both the immediate Phase 1 scope and the long-range strategic importance of getting the infrastructure right.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced a comprehensive pursuit package for the Lee Health Colonial Campus Phase 1 pursuit, including renderings, animations, and presentation coaching. The renderings illustrated the campus master plan and the Phase 1 site work scope, giving the owner a visual reference for how the initial infrastructure investment would support the full 52-acre development. The animations conveyed the campus's planned program and phasing logic in a dynamic format suited for a health system presentation. PRESWERX also developed the client's presentation materials and delivered direct coaching, preparing the team to communicate both Phase 1 construction expertise and the long-range campus vision it would enable.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX framed the pursuit package around the strategic weight of Phase 1, building a visual and presentation strategy that communicated site work and infrastructure as the critical investment that would define the Lee Health Colonial Campus for years to come.
Developed renderings that illustrated the campus master plan and the Phase 1 site work scope within the context of the full 52-acre development vision.
Produced animations that conveyed the phasing logic and campus program in a format suited for a health system owner evaluating a long-range infrastructure commitment.
Coached the client's team to deliver a narrative that connected Phase 1 construction capability to the broader campus strategy and Lee Health's longterm growth goals.
The result was a pursuit package that gave the client a compelling case for leading the infrastructure work that would shape the entire Colonial Campus development.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package that positioned the client's team to make a confident, strategic presentation to a major regional health system on a $250 million campus investment.
Renderings gave Lee Health a concrete visual reference for the Phase 1 site work scope and its relationship to the full 52-acre campus master plan.
Animations communicated the phasing strategy and campus program in a dynamic format that brought the long-range development vision to life for a health system selection audience.
Presentation coaching gave the client's team the delivery clarity and strategic framing needed to present Phase 1 construction management expertise in the context of a multi-decade campus commitment.
The client's team entered the selection with a well-structured, visually supported story that addressed both the immediate Phase 1 scope and the long-range infrastructure vision behind it.
