The program was scoped to reduce student capacity to 480, with architectural services by Zyscovich, LLC. With a total value of $24,500,000, the procurement required a polished, competitive submission, and the client engaged PRESWERX to develop the proposal, create renderings and animations, build the presentation, and coach the team.
