Project Overview
The AEDP Airfield Infrastructure Project at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport was a $104 million engineering design services engagement for the City of Austin's Airport Expansion and Development Program. The work supported the airport's 2040 Masterplan and centered on the design of new midfield taxiways to improve connectivity between the East and West sides of the airfield and the future terminal apron. Scope included taxiway pavement, aircraft-rated bridge structures, service roads, utilities, drainage, security systems, airfield lighting, signage, and demolition of existing infrastructure. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings, animations, and a coached interview presentation for the selection.

Scope of Work

The renderings and animations visualized the airfield infrastructure scope, including the new midfield taxiways, aircraft-rated bridge structures, and the expanded connectivity between the airfield's East and West sides. The interview presentation organized the team's engineering qualifications and project approach into a clear, evaluator-ready narrative.
