Project Overview

The PSN Atlantic Campus was a new orthopedic healthcare campus developed by Remedy Medical Properties for PSN Affiliates in Delray Beach, Florida. The campus included a combined two-story Orthopedic Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center of approximately 60,000 square feet, featuring 10 operating rooms and 25 patient rooms, alongside a two-story Medical Office Building of approximately 60,000 square feet expected to be fully occupied at substantial completion. Together, the two buildings established a dedicated orthopedic destination at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Smith Sundy Road. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a structured interview presentation and provide coaching for the general contractor selection.

Client Challenges

The client needed to position itself effectively in a competitive general contractor selection for a specialized orthopedic healthcare campus:

  • Communicating a credible approach to building a combined hospital and ambulatory surgery center with 10 operating rooms alongside a fully occupied medical office building on a single campus.

  • Differentiating the team in a healthcare construction pursuit with a rigorous owner and developer audience focused on clinical operations, delivery certainty, and tenant occupancy milestones.

  • Organizing and delivering the team's qualifications and project approach as a compelling, well-rehearsed interview presentation.

Without a sharp, well-prepared interview, the team's depth in healthcare construction risked underperforming relative to the selection's demands.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX developed a structured interview presentation for the PSN Atlantic Campus general contractor selection and provided coaching to prepare the client's team for a live evaluation. The presentation organized the team's qualifications and construction approach for the dual-building orthopedic campus, addressing the clinical complexity of the combined hospital and ASC and the occupancy requirements of the Medical Office Building. Coaching sessions refined the team's delivery, ensuring each member communicated their role and the team's overall approach with clarity and confidence before the selection panel.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX built the presentation around the demands specific to a combined orthopedic hospital and ambulatory surgery center, framing the team's qualifications around the clinical precision and delivery discipline the project required.

  • Structured the presentation to address the dual-building program, distinguishing the team's approach to the hospital and ASC from the occupancy-driven requirements of the Medical Office Building.

  • Developed the narrative to connect the team's healthcare construction experience directly to the expectations of a medical real estate developer and specialty physician group owner.

  • Coached each team member to deliver with confidence, reinforcing the story as a whole rather than as a series of disconnected credentials.

The result was a presentation that positioned the team as the clear choice for a specialized, clinically driven campus development.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a polished interview presentation and coaching program suited to a specialized orthopedic healthcare pursuit.

  • The presentation gave the team a structured, evaluator-ready narrative that addressed the clinical complexity of the hospital and ASC and the occupancy milestone requirements of the Medical Office Building.

  • Coaching prepared each team member to present with confidence and reinforce the team's overall case in a live interview format.

The client entered the selection with a presentation that reflected the depth of their healthcare construction qualifications and the precision the project demanded.
