Project Overview
The Toho Buena Ventura Lakes Water Treatment Plant project delivered a two phase upgrade to an existing plant for Toho Water Authority in Kissimmee, Florida. Phase one addressed the demolition and reconstruction of the plant's pump station and electrical infrastructure, along with stormwater management improvements. Phase two introduced a new ion exchange treatment system for additional organic carbon removal, replaced the raw water well pumps to meet the plant's 5.04 MGD rated capacity, and added a new operations building and high service pump station. With a phased, highly technical scope spanning both phases, the client needed visuals that could make the finished plant tangible. PRESWERX partnered with the client's team to build that visualization.

Client Challenges
Presenting a two phase plant upgrade built from dozens of interdependent systems required a way to make a highly technical scope understandable to a water authority audience:
Explaining how demolition, new construction, and new treatment technology across two phases fit together as one finished plant.
Making new systems such as the ion exchange treatment train and high service pump station tangible before construction began.
Standing out in a competitive pursuit for a Toho Water Authority contract.
Together, these challenges called for visuals detailed enough to carry a complex, multi phase story.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced a complete set of renderings and animations for the pursuit, translating a two phase plant upgrade into a clear visual story for the selection committee. The renderings depicted the new ion exchange treatment system, high service pump station, operations building, and electrical infrastructure in finished form, alongside the demolition and reconstruction work that defined phase one. The animations moved viewers through the completed plant, connecting the raw water well pumps, treatment systems, and chemical feed facilities into a single coherent process. Together, the deliverables turned a technically dense, two phase scope into visuals the water authority could follow and evaluate.

PRESWERX Approach
With two phases and dozens of interdependent systems to explain, PRESWERX built the pursuit around sequence and visual clarity.
Rendered the new ion exchange treatment system, pump station, and operations building to their finished level of detail.
Built animations that walked viewers through the plant's process from raw water intake to finished treatment.
Organized the visual story to reflect the project's phased construction sequence.
The result was a presentation that made a complex, multi phase upgrade easy to follow.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a full set of renderings and animations built to the standard of a Toho Water Authority selection process.
The renderings gave the committee a finished view of the treatment systems, pump station, and operations building.
The animations connected the plant's phased construction into one clear, sequential story.
The visuals turned a technically dense, two phase scope into a plan the water authority could follow with confidence.
The client's team walked into the selection process with a clear, finished picture of the plant to support their story.
