Project Overview
The Turner County Schools project was a $33.5 million new middle and high school in Ashburn, Georgia, delivering a two-story, 120,000-square-foot facility for grades 6 through 12. The new building was planned for construction in front of the existing school campus, allowing the district to remain operational during construction. Once the new facility was complete, the existing building would be demolished and the site repurposed. The program included instructional units, administrative offices, a media center, kitchen and cafeteria, gymnasium, and ancillary spaces. PRESWERX provided renderings, animations, a presentation, and coaching to support the client's pursuit.

Client Challenges
Building on an occupied campus while the existing school stayed in operation added a layer of complexity this pursuit had to address:
A 120,000-square-foot facility for grades 6-12 needed to read as a complete, well-considered school, not just a room count.
The phased approach, constructing the new building in front of an operating school before demolishing the old one, required a clear visual sequence.
A live selection required a polished, organized presentation in front of the school district's panel.
Program, sequencing, and story all had to come together in a single pursuit.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced renderings, animations, a presentation, and coaching for the Turner County Schools pursuit. Renderings depicted the new two-story facility's exterior and key interior spaces, from the gymnasium and cafeteria to instructional areas, giving the school district a clear picture of what the finished campus would look like. Animations helped communicate how the facility's program and spaces would come together, making the scope accessible beyond floor plans. A polished presentation organized the client's qualifications and approach for the live selection. Coaching sessions prepared the team to deliver a confident, well-organized performance in front of the district's panel.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX structured the work around two priorities: communicating the quality of the new facility and making the phased, on-site construction sequence legible.
Renderings focused on the spaces that matter most to a school district, including the gymnasium, cafeteria, and classrooms, showing the finished campus at its best.
Animations clarified the phasing approach, making a complex on-site build sequence easier to follow.
Coaching prepared the team to address questions about program, phasing, and campus continuity with confidence.
The presentation covered both what the school would be and how it would get built.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package for a $33.5 million school district selection.
Renderings gave the panel a clear, detailed picture of the new facility's character and key program spaces.
Animations made the phased construction approach legible, turning a complex on-site sequence into something the district could follow and trust.
A polished presentation and coaching program left the team ready to speak to program, phasing, and district priorities with precision.
The client entered the selection prepared to answer every question the panel could bring.
